Last week was a busy one for Ms. Lip… between Fashion’s Night Out and Fashion Week, I was working double duty. And then last Saturday, there was the DVF and Vanity Fair party to celebrate BrandAid Project’s new exhibition Masks and Mirrors. The event took place at the new DVF Gallery, right next door to the studio. And if you didn’t make the guest list (like Heather Graham, Olivia Wilde, and Sandra Bernhard), you can catch all the action here and visit the gallery until October 4th… see you there!

This past weekend Diane traveled to the Women’s Forum Global Meeting to present the play SEVEN to an audience of powerful women from around the world. This was the 4th edition of this annual event dedicated to promoting women’s vision on the key social and economic issues of our era. Diane was both thrilled and honored to participate in the event. On March 6th, Diane von Furstenburg hosted an exclusive presentation of the documentary theater piece, “Seven”, at her NY studio. “Seven” captures the remarkable lives of a diverse and courageous group of women leaders around the world. A collaboration by seven playwrights, the play is based on personal interviews with seven women who have triumphed over enormous obstacles to bring about major changes in their home countries. Audience members who were moved by the performance included Kim Cattrall, Nina Garcia, Daphne Guiness and Eva Amuri.
