Whether she is walking her dog through the streets of L.A. or appearing as a guest judge on Project Runway she always shows her eclectic style. WHO: Kate and Lindsey

WHY: Whether she is by the side of Mr. President, or speaking in support of health care legislation at the White House (as she is here), Michelle has been making our head turn with her style choices. From J. Crew to CFDA members Jason Wu and Isabel Toledo, she is not afraid to take chances. And now she has chosen DVF, wearing a Fall 2009 skirt paired with a white blouse and green cardigan. Is it any wonder why she is becoming such a fashion icon?
