Why: This leading lady doesn’t just have speed, she has staying power and she’s one of the few comic chicettes out there who can make us laugh like no other. And she knows how to dress it up (like she did at the Annual Hollywood Awards Gala with her All About Steve co-star Bradley Cooper), and down when she is at a basketball game with her motercycling hubby Jesse James.

All hail Diane… literally! In case you were in the neighborhood yesterday, we were outside the NY shop filming for an eyewear project we were working on and one part involved Diane in a DVF taxi cab! WHY: She first caught our attention as Marissa Cooper’s sassy best friend with a rockin’ sense of style on teen drama The O.C, then emerged back on the scene with her very own clothing line a couple years later. Whether she is walking her dog through the streets of L.A. or appearing as a guest judge on Project Runway she always shows her eclectic style.
