Day two in Venice from Anne McNally…

We took a short stroll in the morning in the Giardini, we see the Bruce Nauman exhibit at the American Pavilion, which has a line that stretches all the way back to America!

Then it’s off to Corte Sconta, where Larry Gagosian is having his Venice lunch attended by the likes of Gloria von Thurn und Taxis, Diana Picasso, Miuccia Prada and an appearance by Dasha Zhukova and Roman Abramovich. Before dinner everybody meets at the Bauer Hotel, which seems to be before and after hours cafe central.

We then go to Franca Sozzani’s party at Palazzo Grassi. It takes about 10 hours to disembark from the boats since all of NY, Paris, London and Venice is going. Lots of fun …
