Monday night’s episode of The City showed Whitney and Olivia working on set for a DVF.com photo shoot that took place at the DVF Studio this past fall (hence the bare legs and open-toe shoes). And while the looks that Whit and Olivia wore have since sold out (the Smarty Jones jacket and Philippine blouse), there are a few items from the La Petite Valise collection that have the same feel. The Akiana jacket in black is the answer for this season’s LBB (little black blazer), worn with a skirt (a la Whitney) or over dresses, it can easily sub in for a cardigan. As for Olivia’s romantically ruffled blouse, opt for the Bendetta top in canvas, a less high-collared approach to pair with work skirts during the week and jeans come weekend.
