RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, all tickets attached and a copy of your invoice within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. For a full refund, returns MUST be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your original delivery date. Items received after 14 days but within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please note: Swimwear must have the sanitary lining still intact and the original packaging to be accepted.
Please allow 5 business days upon your return's arrival at our warehouse for processing. We cannot refund gift items. If you received the item(s) as a gift, you may exchange for one that is of equal or more value (please see "Exchanges" section).
Please indicate on your invoice which item(s) you are returning, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange (if exchange, please also list requested items, colors, and sizes).
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, but if you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped at no extra cost. You may ship your return with any company you like. We recommend using a method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. We also recommend insuring your return.
RETURNS
Please follow the directions stated above. Upon receiving your returned garment we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase, so if you receive a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge you the difference.
EXCHANGES
If you request an exchange, you will receive an email from UPS when the new item(s) ship.
If the requested item is not available, you will be refunded instead, and will receive an email when this is complete.
Any difference in price for exchanges will be charged or refunded to the same credit card used to place the order.

EXCHANGES
For an exchange please send back your unworn garment, and upon receiving it we will charge or credit the difference in price onto your credit card. Please note that it takes 3-5 days for us to process returns. You will receive an email when your card is credited for a return. Also, it takes 3-5 days for us to process exchanges. You will receive an email when your exchange is shipped.
